About Bella's Angels

Bella’s Angels, Inc. (formerly the Bella Cavallo Foundation) was formed after the friends and family of Bella Cavallo found themselves struggling to find help with the mounting medical and travel expenses, associated with the general lack of knowledge, locally, in diagnosing and treating Bella . After years of searching for answers, and traveling across the country to meet with various doctors, Bella was diagnosed with CHARGE SYNDROME at age four.

We have been able to assist seven children, and counting, from the ages of birth to 18 years old, all across the country. Funds raised are used to help cover medical or travel expenses not covered by insurance companies, but crucial in diagnosing and treating their individual medical needs. We have used the knowledge gathered over the course of years, in finding care for Bella, to help these families.

Our mission is to offer assistance to children who have been diagnosed with CHARGE Syndrome, as well as children diagnosed with a life-long physical disability. Our vision is to also compile a vast database of hospitals, corporate entities, housing options when traveling, along with a network of volunteers and parents nationwide who will come together and support “Bella’s Buddies”.
