Meet Donia!

Full of Heart

Donia is a strong, determined young girl with a whole lot of heart! She lives with limb-girdle muscular dystrophy type 2C (LGMD2C), a rare condition that affects her muscles and can make everyday activities a little more tiring than they are for most kids her age. 

She gets severe delayed muscle pain that comes on quick after exertion and limits her ability to walk temporarily. BUt she always keeps her strengths and continues to fight every single day.

While this is an ongoing fight for Donia, she continues to show us to be brave and positive during those hard days.
