Meet Ethan!

Persevering Through Every Challenge

Ethan is a bright young boy who continues to navigate challenges with perseverance. His twin brother, Jack, is also a Buddy. He has been diagnosed with absence seizure disorder, a form of epilepsy that causes brief lapses in awareness and responsiveness. Because his seizures can occur multiple times throughout the day, they can make it difficult for him to focus and fully participate in everyday activities.

In addition to epilepsy, Ethan has been diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety. Together, these challenges can make social interactions and daily routines more difficult and can sometimes affect his confidence and emotional well-being.

With ongoing medical care, therapy, and educational support, Ethan is working hard to manage his conditions and continue learning and growing. While keeping up with his peers can be challenging, he continues to persevere each day. Surrounded by a supportive family and care team, Ethan is being given the tools he needs to thrive in his own way!
