Julien was born with Microtia, a condition where the external ear is underdeveloped. As a result, he experiences hearing loss in his right ear due to the closure of his ear canal. While he wears a hearing aid to help him navigate the world around him, Julien’s condition is lifelong and can impact speech development.

Julien is a happy, energetic boy who brings joy to everyone around him. He adores his sister, treasures his toys, and lights up when he’s swimming, dancing, traveling, or enjoying his gym classes.
