Landon’s Story — A Miracle in Motion

Landon was born right on his due date in May 2023 after a smooth delivery. But just hours later, he went into life-threatening respiratory distress (PPHN) and had to be airlifted to Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. His life was saved by ECMO, a heart-lung bypass machine — but complications led to a major stroke, primarily affecting the right side of his body.

Now two years old, Landon is a true fighter. He’s walking, climbing, and fearlessly pushing his motor skills on playgrounds. He’s especially obsessed with anything involving a ball — throwing, rolling, or swinging with impressive power from his left arm!

Landon loves running with Dad and going on tortoise-spotting adventures with Mom. His joyful, determined spirit shines brightest in the presence of his family — especially when his brothers come home.

Landon’s recovery has been nothing short of miraculous. But to continue progressing, he needs ongoing access to intensive therapy. Your support makes it possible for Landon to keep growing stronger, overcoming the odds, and chasing every milestone with his trademark joy and grit.
